THEMELIO DEVELOPMENT

Preparing for a property conversation

A short checklist for your first enquiry, without unnecessary personal documents.

THEMELIO / NOTES · 17.10.2026

Start with the basics

Location, property type, floor area and current use give us an initial picture. Add whether it is available, occupied or furnished.

Describe your objective

Are you considering sale, leasing, management or development? If you are unsure, explain what you want to achieve rather than choosing a service too early.

A useful photograph

A clear image can help the first conversation. Avoid people, number plates, documents and third-party details. A photo does not replace an on-site or technical assessment.

What is not needed yet

Do not send identity documents, tax IDs, deeds, financial records or other sensitive material through the general form. Any necessary documentation can be discussed at the appropriate stage.

General information to prepare your enquiry. This is not technical, legal or investment advice.
